About Us
Our experienced technicians have the knowledge and skills to repair and upgrade all brands of personal computers. We setup networks and perform website design, creation, consulting and maintenance. We ensure optimal computer performance and will set up backup strategies so you never lose your important data. Tom's Help Desk® also sells and sets up new Dell computers for both homes and small businesses.

Now serving over 1800 clients. Our customers are small businesses and home users. Many clients are based in the Quakertown, PA area, but we also provide onsite and remote support throughout Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware.

The Owner
Tom Merrick, the founder of Tom's Help Desk, graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992 and has been working on computers ever since.  With over 19 years of professional Information Technology experience, he has worked on Commodore 64's through Apple MacIntosh's to the latest multi-core processors.  In fact, Tom still owns the Timex Sinclair that he used to write his first computer program.  Tom is the president of the Quakertown Tip Club, a business networking group, is on the board of directors at the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Ambassador's Council of the Upper Perkiomen Chamber of Commerce.
