SEEKING TECHNICIANS (all levels for our Quakertown location):
IT Technician – Level I:
Responsibilities include computer repairs, upgrades and setups in store. Interacting with customers to resolve issues with their computers. Assisting other technicians with repairs, following standard operating procedures and documenting work performed and entering time accordingly.
IT Technician – Level II:
Responsibilities include server, network and business support remotely and onsite. Act as lead for other technicians and assist with in-store repairs as needed. Experience with Macs a plus, but not required. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, A+ certification and be able to work independently with minimal direction.
Responsibilities include answering phones, customer intake, cashiering, data entry, filing, workload delegation, scheduling, organizing. Ticketing system, Quickbooks, and Photoshop experience a plus.
