We offer the option to purchase "time blocks" for priority (same or next day) service at discounted rates. The plan includes remote support with free phone support (up to 15 mins.) and there is no expiration date. Tom's Help Desk® offers pc and server maintenance which provides an easy, cost effictive way to keep your computers running at peak condition.
Networks
A network will allow your company to stay connected by sharing your printers, scanners and data while keeping your co-workers connected (onsite/remotely). Services include:
- Setup and secure wired and wireless networks.
- Server management, setup and configuration.
- Share files and printers.
- Install additional network drops (voice, data and cable TV)
Upgrades
Upgrading your computer's RAM, hard drive, network card, or other hardware can be a cost-effective way to improve the technology available to your organization and increase productivity when your budget is tight. We will recommend and install software and hardware enhancements to keep your computer current.
Data backup
Tom's Help Desk® will setup a backup system either local or online. Local backup includes DVD, external hard drive, flash drive or tape backup. Online backup provides safe, secure (HIPPA compliant) offsite backup, so you never need to worry about whether your data is backed up and secure.
Computer Cleanup and Optimization
Slowly running computers, due to "malware" including spyware, pop-ups, or even viruses, can hinder your day to day tasks. We will thoroughly clean your computers and install the appropriate protection to speed-up your computer's performance and protect your valuable data.
Data Recovery
In the event that you have "lost" or mistakenly deleted data, we provide data revocery services, wherever possible.
Miscellaneous Services
