SEEKING TECHNICIAN (for our Quakertown location):
IT Technician – Level I:
Responsibilities include computer repairs, upgrades and setups in store. Interacting with customers to resolve issues with their computers. Assisting other technicians with repairs, following standard operating procedures and documenting work performed and entering time accordingly. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills, A+ certification and be able to work independently with minimal direction.
